There’s a new water treatment controller in the family! Simple to configure, the Model 3175 has five output relays – typically using one for the bleed/blowdown, plus four chemical feeds. This new, affordable water treatment controller is available beginning in September 2021 and is priced between our Model 1575e and our NexSys controllers. A fantastic touch screen module forms the heart of the Model 3175 – manufactured right here in the USA. More than just a touch screen, it includes an updated processor and many other components that allow modern connectivity, data logging, and many future possibilities. While many of our other controllers use very robust keypads, the touch screen is so responsive it works faster and more reliably – keeping your time-on-site productive. It feels just like your phone or tablet.
Most importantly, we kept the familiar navigation and configuration from the 1575e/140/150 controllers that water treaters love. There is no need to learn a new setup process – it’s right there. Plus a water treatment controller data log. Plus a fifth relay. It’s just better.
And to ensure it’s really better, we kept the same circuitry that has been proven for two decades to provide reliable control of your water chemistry. In other words, we have leveraged the field experience gained over decades to produce this excellent water treatment controller.
Inputs include two water meter inputs, two drum switch inputs, system conductivity input, flow switch, and a 4-20mA input. Our proven design means years of maintenance-free service.
Additional features include data logging with onboard historical graphs and .csv file output, as well as an email alarm notification.
The 3175 controller can be field-configured for either cooling tower, boiler, or condensate operation.
Configure your relays to your preference – for setpoint control, based on water meter, percent of blowdown, or percent of time. Up to twelve scheduled feeds can be configured giving you excellent control of your system. Another excellent feature is the 4-20mA output, which you can use to send the conductivity of the system to an external receiver.
